Wherever you will decide to go in Algarve – just open google maps, put some random beach, go there and you won’t be disappointed. Most of the beaches have cliffs or rocks, and some of them are just nice and wide.
Lagos
Lagos is probably one of the most known places in the Algarve. Here really is a lot of nice beaches where you don’t need to climb down the cliff. We went two times to Ponta da Piedade and took different directions on little hikes. The first one was to the Praia do Camilo beachside. As you are walking at the top of cliffs and the rain has not been there for some months be ready to meet some sneaky animal. Sneaks are one of my biggest fear and yes… well you probably understand what happened.
The second time was much nicer and I didn’t have to fight any of my fears. We went to the Parai de Porto Mos. The path was very easy – there is a footbridge. We weren’t ready at all that we will end up on the beach. But there was so nice way down to the ocean that we couldn’t resist.
