When enough is enough?

This kind of topic can be confusing. It’s more like we feel it in a bad way.
But I’m just thinking when do we start to be the “not always enough” person. Let’s be real, we just get used to things and everything remains self-evident. And then we start to want more.


We expect so much that we forget joy – the moment and life. But the truth is that we all are enough, and I know that we all know that. I think for all of us, there have been some things that we have said and want to take back. But the only thing we can do is to live with that. Forgive ourselves. And be a better person starting from that moment. Today I just realized that I am asking all the time some things. And not realizing and appreciate that all those things actually already are happening. And now I am just sitting and writing this WHY question. Why we don’t be just happy for what we have but instead always want MORE.

I try to remind myself to breathe, before everything I say. Sometimes I forget. But that can be the one thing that will help you to not regret things that you said.

Be good and grateful

We always should try to be good people. The best version of ourselves. Always to explore, to read, to feel. And always appreciate small details that you already have. Maybe realize that actually, it is enough. Be thankful for that.
